Intolerant

Novian Rivera Grade 7

I am glad that I am not a storm

Large, ghastly and denote

Making people feel torn

Dangerous, ice cold, and bold

Like their hearts

Livid like they are going to tear you apart

Why would you do that?

Put him in a locker?

I practically live there

So it's no shocker

You better not tell

Don't be a snitch

But this is serious

Something we need to fix

Now he's gone

And you're left alone

Good thing we now have a bully free zone

But now I am free

And happy as can be

I am a star, a friend

Not an enemy

Face 17

Jahshua Holmes Grade 7

I am glad that I am not a solitary light pole

Standing amongst the pitch black of night

Light bulb flickering

I am glad that I am not a couch

Constantly being sat on

How nice it is not to be a piece of bacon

Being chewed until I am no more

Gone in a flash

I am naught

Nobody

I am anything and everything

I am a pillar of fire

Rocketing from a dragon's throat

Illuminating the night sky

I am a lion's roar

Echoing through the jungle

I am a trumpet

Valianty sounding

Through the gold and crimson clouds
